DELIVERY
Scentualists offer the following delivery options:
Standard Second Class Delivery (£3.50)
FREE Standard Second Class Delivery (For Orders Over £40)
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail and should be with you within 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email.

Where We Deliver To

At the moment we only deliver orders within the United Kingdom (including Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man).
We don't deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses and we're unable to ship internationally however we are hoping to offer international orders in the near future!

Return & Exchange Policy
​
We can only accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if the products have not been opened due to hygiene purposes.
